The factory site covers an area of 100000 sq.m, with building area of about 86500 sq.m, Currently the factory has 560 employees ,produces wrenches and professional tools in total 26 million pieces annually. This has resulted in Jiangdu Tools becoming China¡¯s leading wrench manufacturer and drafter of industrial standards. In 2008, the factory was invited to participate in designing the GB industry standards. In 2016, it was further designated to make the ISO international standard of ratchet wrenches. The factory was founded in 1974. The main products are Combination Wrenches, Ratchet Wrenches, Double Open End Wrenches, Double Box End Wrenches and special wrenches ranging in size from 6-50mm and 1/4-2inch. The tools are made of NO.40 chrome vanadium or No.45 carbon steel with all production complying to DIN and ANSI standards. With unremitting?efforts for more than 40 years, the factory has maintained a solid international reputation in the wrench-manufacturing field. In 2013 the factory was relocated to South Huanghai Road with total investment of 48 million US dollars. The new annual turnover has reached 39 million US dollars. The production capacity and quality has made Jiangdu Tools a leader in both domestic and international markets. The company has a comprehensive vertical integration wrenches production line. Includes tooling, forging lines, machining, heat treatment lines, polishing, plating lines, plastic injection and packaging lines. It has 26 forging lines from 160T-1000T. From 2010, by installing more than 20 new imported CNC machines the factory has strengthened its ability of research and development of ratchet wrench manufacturing.
