WTO.欧盟通报欧洲议会和理事会关于报废车辆的第2000/53/EC号法令附件二的修正：关于免除六价铬作为汽车房车吸收式冰箱碳钢冷却系统防腐剂的草案

该法令草案适应了科学和技术进步，即使用六价铬材料在2003年7月1日后投放市场的车辆部件清单不受禁止。草案修订了ELV指令（指令2000/53/EC）附件II的豁免14。覆盖的产品：车辆（法令70/156/EEC附件IIA中定义的M 1或N 1类，以及法令92/61/EEC中定义的三轮机动车，但不包括机动三轮车）

Draft Commission Delegated Directive amending Annex II to Directive 2000/53/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on end-of-life vehicles as regards the exemption for hexavalent chromium as anti-corrosion agent of the carbon steel cooling system in absorption refrigerators in motor caravans. Products covered: Vehicles (category M 1 or N 1 defined in Annex IIA to Directive 70/156/EEC, and three wheel motor vehicles as defined in Directive 92/61/EEC, but excluding motor tricycles)（技术服务中心）
