WTO.日本通报部分修订无线电设备条例

关于现有卫星通信系统， 利用基于非地球静止卫星星座的L波段卫星通信系统，现有卫星运营商正计划对现有卫星进行升级，以实现高速通信，并计划利用这一卫星通信系统进行船舶或飞机的遇险和安全通信。
为应对"使用先进L 波段的非地球静止卫星系统"的这些新需求，日本将制定使用先进L波段实施这一非地球静止卫星系统的技术要求。

Regarding the existing satellite communication system using L band based on the satellite constellation by non-geostationary satellites, the existing satellite operator is planning to upgrade the current satellite in order to achieve high speed communication, and is also planning to utilize this satellite communication system for distress and safety communications of ship or aircraft.
Responding these new needs for "Non-geostationary satellite system using advanced L band", Japan will formulate the technical requirements for implementing this non-geostationary satellite system using Advanced L-band.
