WTO.越南通报修订QCVN 86:2015/BGTVT关于新组装、制造和进口汽车气体污染物第四级排放的国家技术法规草案

新组装、制造和进口汽车第四级气体污染物排放国家技术法规草案规定了排放限值、排气试验和方法，气态污染物排放第四级安全环保质量检验管理执行要求。
本国家技术法规草案适用于汽车制造、装配单位、汽车零部件制造、进口企业以及从事汽车、汽车零部件管理、检验、试验的组织机构。
本国家技术法规草案应通过交通部长于2015年7月24日发布的第33:2015/TT-BGTVT号通知的修订和补充草案发布QCVN 86:2015/BGTVT《关于新组装、制造和进口汽车气体污染物第四级排放的国家技术法规》。

This Draft National Technical Regulation on the fourth level of gaseous pollutants emissions for new assembled, manufactured and imported automobiles specifies the emission limits, exhausting test(s) and method(s), requirements for management and performing of the fourth level of gaseous pollutants emissions on quality inspection of technical safety and environmental protection.
This Draft National Technical Regulation applies to automobiles manufacturing and assembling establishments, enterprises manufacturing or importing automobile components and organizations and agencies involved in the management, inspection and testing automobiles and automotive parts.
This Draft National Technical Regulation shall be promulgated by the draft Circular amending and supplementing of Circular No. 33:2015/TT-BGTVT dated 24/7/2015 of the Minister of Transport promulgating QCVN 86:2015/BGTVT National Technical Regulation on the fourth level of gaseous pollutants emissions for new assembled, manufactured and imported automobiles.
