WTO.巴西通报一般许可条例的补遗

本增编旨在告知国家电信局于2020年7月28日发布第730号决议，该决议修订了2020年2月10日第719号决议批准的《一般许可条例》的生效。第720号决议第29号决议，2020年2月10日，先前通过G/TBT/N/BRA/1050通知。
考虑到SEI流程编号53500.014706/2016-50，决议：
1.修改条款标题。第719号决议第44号决议，2020年2月10日，内容如下：
44.本决议于2020年11月3日生效，但须遵守以下规定：
2.修改本条。2020年2月10日第720号决议第33段内容如下：
33.本决议自公布之日起180天内生效，以下规定除外：
-1.本决议第13条自公布之日起生效；
-2.第13条，自发布之日起生效；
-3.本决议第29条于2020年11月3日生效。
本条例自其在巴西政府公报上公布之日起生效。

This addendum aims to inform that the National Telecommunications Agency - ANATEL, issued Resolution No. 730, 28 July 2020, which amends the entry into force of the Regulation General Licensing, approved by Resolution No. 719, 10 February 2020, and art. 29 of Resolution No. 720, 10 February 2020, previously notified through G/TBT/N/BRA/1050.
Considering the SEI Process No. 53500.014706 / 2016-50, resolves:
Art. 1º Amend the caput of art. 44 of Resolution No. 719, 10 February 2020, which shall read as follows:
"Art. 44. This Resolution takes effect on 3 November 2020, subject to the following provisions:
.................................................. .. "(NR)
Art. 2 Amend the art. 33 of Resolution No. 720, 10 February 2020, shall read as follows:
"Art. 33. This Resolution takes effect within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days of the date of its publication, except for the following provisions:
I - art. 13 of this Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication;
II - art. 13 of the General Granting Regulation takes effect on the date of its publication;
III - art. 29 of this Resolution enters into force on 3 November 2020."
This Ordinance enters into force on the date of its publication on the Brazilian Official Gazette.
