WTO.阿曼通报计量系统的安装和维护

适用于网络用户和/或网络运营商拥有的所有计量设备，用于在网络用户的场所提供电力连接，并对所转移的电力进行财务结算。在适当的情况下，它还应适用于由网络用户产生并供应给网络运营商网络的电能的转移，也适用于阿曼苏丹国所有持牌网络运营商拥有或运营的网络的所有连接。

Applies to all Metering Equipment owned by the Network User and/or the Network Operator for the provision of an electricity connection at the premises of a Network User and the financial settlement for electricity transferred. Where appropriate, it shall also apply to the transfer of electrical energy generated by the Network User and supplied to the network of the Network Operator, also applies to all connections made to the networks owned or operated by all Licensed Network Operators in the Sultanate of Oman.
