Description of content: This addendum aims at informing that Article 8 of Ordinance 181/2013 shall be in force with the following wording, set by this Ordinance 175, 28 June 2017, to ensure the implementation of the conformity assessment procedures for steel cables issued by the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology – Inmetro: 'Art. 8: Revokes Ordinance 176, 16 June 2009, published in the Official Gazette 17 June, 2009, section 01, page 61, on 11 October, 2017'. The other provisions will be maintained.

本文件旨在通知，国家计量、质量和技术局(Inmetro)于2017年6月28日发布了第178号法令，内容涉及调整并澄清修订第301/2012号法令批准的技术质量以及第352/2012号法令批准的合规性评定程序的本法令的附件中规定的“水暖太阳能设备”的法规。
本技术法规（附件1）修改措辞项的主要更新内容：4.1.5； 5.1.1.2.1；5.1.1.3；

Description of content: This document aims at informing that the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology – INMETRO, issued Ordinance n° 178, 28 June 2017, concerning the adjustments and clarifications to the regulation of Water Heating Solar Equipment, established in the Annexes to this Ordinance amending the Technical Quality approved by Ordinance 301/2012 and the Conformity assessment procedures approved by Ordinance 352/2012.
The main updates to the technical regulation (Annex I) reword items: 4.1.5; 5.1.1.2.1; 5.1.1.3; 5.1.1.5; 5.1.2.1; 5.1.2.5; 5.1.2.8; 5.1.2.9 and subheading 5 of sub-item "D.1" of Annex 4, of the Regulation approved by Ordinance 301/2012.
The updates of procedures conformity assessment (Annex II) exclude items: 4.3; 4.4 and 4.5 of the requirements approved by Ordinance 352/2012 and rewords: item 4.7; subheading 'c' of item 6.2.1.1; excludes subheading 'e' of the item 6.2.1.1 and rewords items: 6.2.1.4; 6.2.1.4.2.7; 6.2.1.4.2.13; 6.21.6.1.2; 6.2.2.2,1.3; 6.2.2.2.1.3.1; 6.2.2.2.1.3.2; includes item 6.2.2.2.1.3.3; replace Annex 1 of the requirements approved by Ordinance 352/2012 and includes in the requirements approved by Ordinance 352/2012, the Annex 3, entitled: Tolerances Applicable to the Flat Solar Collector.

内容如下：
规定了在国内市场上通过整个产品供应链的成人用自行车轮胎强制性合规要求，以及为预防事故发生，通过认证机制的安全合规评定标准与程序。
它于本法令发布之后的48个月内撤销了国家计量、质量和技术局(INMETRO)2008年9月24日的第342号法令，以及2013年8月7日的第396号法令。

Description of content: Establishes the mandatory compliance requirements for tires of adult use bicycles by the entire supply chain of the product in the domestic market, as well as the conformity assessment criteria and procedures, focusing on safety, through the certification mechanism, aiming at the prevention of accidents.It revokes Inmetro Ordinance 342, 24 September 2008, and Ordinance 396, 7 August, 2013, within 48 (forty eight) months after the publication of this Ordinance.
5）新加坡通报国家水务局通过认可的“水效标签计划”认证机构对“水效标签计划”产品进行认证的工作流程以及2017年公用设施（供水）（修正案）法规G/TBT/N/SGP/35
内容如下：
新加坡认证委员会认可的“水效标签计划”认证机构对“强制水效标签计划”（MWELS）和“自愿水效标签计划”（VWELS）中的产品合规性的认证与水效标签的发放。“水效标签计划”产品的认证与认证机构发放“水效标签计划”标签的工作流程见附件A。水效标签要求见附件B。

Description of content: Product compliance and issuance of water efficiency label by Certification Bodies (CBs) for WELS accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) for products under MWELS and VWELS. The workflow on certification of WELS products and issuance of WELS labels by CBs is in Annex A.The requirements for water efficiency labelling is in Annex B.

SUMMARY: The Commission issues amendments to the Energy Labeling Rule to eliminate certain marking requirements for plumbing products and to exempt certain ceiling fans from labeling requirements. Additionally, the amendments update the Rule to include labeling requirements for electric instantaneous water heaters. The Commission also makes non-substantive, conforming changes to the testing provisions for LED covered lamps and minor corrections to other provisions.

SUMMARY: The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC, Commission) announces that there will be an opportunity for interested persons to present oral comments on the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPR) the Commission issued to address blade-contact injuries on table saws. The NPR proposed a standard that requires table saws limit the depth of cut to 3.5 millimeters when a test probe, acting as surrogate for a human body/finger, contacts the spinning blade at a radial approach rate of 1 meter per second (m/s). Any oral comments will be part of the rulemaking record.
