1）阿根廷通报共同市场工作组决议草案“南方共同市场（MERCOSUR）汽车用天然气（VNG）储气瓶阀门技术法规” G/TBT/N/ARG/335
内容如下：通报的决议草案确定了作为汽车用天然气（VNG）系统部件之一的储气瓶阀门的生产安全和测试要求。国内所有产品供应链都适用这些安全与测试要求，交易及从南方共同市场地区以外进口也适用这些要求。。

Description of content: The notified draft Resolution establishes the safety requirements and testing for the manufacture of cylinder valves, as one of the components of the vehicular natural gas (VNG) system used in motor vehicles. These safety requirements and testing are to be applied by all chains supplying the products in the territory of the States Parties, and to trade among them and to imports from outside the MERCOSUR area.
2）加拿大通报机动车辆安全法案某些规定修订提案（缺陷公告和不合规公告） G/TBT/N/CAN/558
内容如下：
修订提案修订现行规定并在以下三项规定中新增加了缺陷公告或不合规公告要求，根据机动车辆安全法案、机动车辆轮胎安全法规和机动车辆约束系统和助推器座椅安全法规。 修订提案要求车辆和设备公司发出缺陷公告和不合规公告： a）在公告中提供更清晰和相关的细节; b）修改通报程序，单独处理缺陷和不合规问题; c）增加了与通报相关的报告要求。 新的不合规公告要求反映了缺陷公告要求，在处理不合规特征略方面略微不同，包括那些被认为对安全无关的特征。 提出的报告要求加强了现有的报告和监督规定，包括对三个规定要求的标准化，要求公司5年内向部长提交给业主和零售商的后续通报副本，并使每季度的报告提交日期与美国的时间表一致。 提案要求公司在车主手册中提供有关如何联系加拿大运输部报告与车辆相关的安全问题的说明。。

Description of content: The proposed amendment would revise current prescriptions and add new requirements for giving a notice of defect or notice of non-compliance, to each of the following three regulations under the authority of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act; the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations, the Motor Vehicle Tire Safety Regulations and the Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Seat Safety Regulations.
The proposed amendments would require that vehicle and equipment companies required to give a notice of defect or notice of non-compliance:
a) provide greater clarity and relevant detail in their notices;
b) revise their notification process to address a non-compliance separately from a defect; and,
c) augment reporting requirements associated with these notifications.
New requirements for giving a notice of non-compliance would mirror those for giving a notice of defect, with slight differences to address the characteristics of non-compliance, including those deemed to be inconsequential to safety.
Proposed reporting requirements would strengthen the existing reporting and oversight provisions, including standardizing requirements across the three regulations, requiring companies submit, to the Minister, copies of any subsequent communications to owners and retailers for a period of five years, and aligning submission dates for quarterly reports with the United Sates' schedule.
The proposal would require that companies provide, in the vehicle owner's manual, instructions on how to contact Transport Canada to report a safety concern related to the vehicle.
3）台澎金马单独关税区通报关于汽车轮胎（参见附件）根据商品检验法发布公告 G/TBT/N/TPKM/328
内容如下：
标准检验局（BSMI）提出从目前适用的汽车轮胎检验标准中删除CNS3706“越野模式和泥地雪地模式轮胎”。该标准于2017年6月12日撤销，并由CNS1431：2015取代，这是执行产品检验的另一个适用标准。

Description of content: The BSMI proposes to delete CNS 3706 "Tires of Cross-country Pattern and Mud and Snow Pattern" from the current applicable inspection standards of automobile tyres. The standard was withdrawn on 12 June 2017 and replaced by CNS 1431:2015, which is the other applicable standard for performing inspection of the product.
4）台澎金马单独关税区通报空气净化器最低能源性能标准和能效等级标签及检验要求草案 G/TBT/N/TPKM/329
内容如下：为了提高能源效率，能源局提出规定空气净化器的最低能效要求。

内容如下：本规范适用于香烟、雪茄和烟斗打火机。规定了打火机上市条件以及打火机应满足的最低安全要求，以确保用户的健康和安全。 强制规范适用于制造、进口、分销和供应香烟、雪茄和烟斗打火机的组织和个人
覆盖以下产品：
