1）阿根廷通报决议草案“太阳能集热器和紧凑型太阳能系统技术质量与安全要求。认证” G/TBT/N/ARG/337
内容如下：
通报的文件草案规定了在阿根廷销售的太阳能集热器和紧凑型太阳能系统必须遵守的技术质量与安全要求。制造商和进口商应根据本草案中规定的程序，通过上述产品的认证，确保符合规定的技术要求。关税税目NCM7612.10的产品已从贸易秘书处（SC）决议No.685/2015(G/TBT/N/ARG/166/Add.9)中删除，因为它们将由通报的法规管辖。

Description of content: Description of content: The notified draft Resolution establishes the technical quality and safety requirements to be met by solar collectors and compact solar systems marketed in Argentina. Manufacturers and importers shall ensure compliance with the established technical requirements through the certification of the aforementioned products, in accordance with the procedure established in the draft text.

内容如下：
本标准规定了通过式金属探测门的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标识、标志、标签和包装、随机技术文件等。
覆盖以下产品：
检查金属武器和金属违禁品的通过式金属探测门，其它用途的通过式金属探测门可参照执行。
拟批准日期：WTO秘书处分发后90天
拟生效日期：批准后6个月
提意见截止日期: WTO秘书处分发后60天

内容如下：
本欧盟委员会法规草案规定了用于“EC”合格或适用性的声明模板，“EC”验证声明，中间验证声明和与铁路互用组成部分或子系统相关的验证证书，以及铁路车辆合格声明模型。

内容如下：
欧盟委员会授权法规草案旨在确保具有先进计算能力的手持移动电话（通常称为“智能手机”）获得紧急服务。通过要求移动设备制造商支持接收和处理来自无线网络（Wi-Fi）信号的定位数据及来自与伽利略系统（（伽利略系统是根据法规（EU）No1285/2013建立的欧洲全球导航卫星系统）兼容并可互操作的全球导航卫星系统（GNSS）的数据的技术方案来完成，旨在使紧急通信更有效。

Description of content: This draft Commission Delegated Regulation aims to ensure that hand-held mobile telephones with advanced computing capabilities (commonly known as 'smartphones') ensure access to emergency services.This will be done by requiring mobile device producers to support technical solutions for the reception and processing of location data derived from Wi-Fi signals, and data from Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) compatible and interoperable with at least the Galileo system (Galileo is the European global navigation satellite system established under Regulation (EU) No 1285/2013) for the purpose of making emergency communications more effective.
7）印度通报起重机（安全要求）法令2018 G/TBT/N/IND/82
内容如下：
根据起重机（安全要求）法令2018，电动桥式起重机和门式起重机及动力驱动的移动式起重机应符合相关印度标准不同条款中规定的基本要求，并应具备BIS法案2016规定的印度标准局合格证书标志。印度标准局应是上述起重机的认证和执行机构。此外，政府工业部地区工业中心以上级别单位也应当是执行机构。但是对于出口，上述起重机可以符合外国买方要求的任何规范。

电动桥式起重机和门式起重机及动力驱动的移动式起重机－相关的8位HS编码是：84261100,84261200,84261900,84264100,84264900,84269100和84269990。

Description of content: According to the Cranes (Safety Requirement) Order, 2018, Electric Overhead Travelling Crane & Gantry Crane and Power Driven Mobile Crane shall conform to the essential requirements indicated in the different clauses of corresponding Indian Standards and shall bear the Mark under certificate of conformity by the Bureau of Indian Standards as per the provisions of BIS Act, 2016. The Bureau of Indian Standards shall be the certifying and enforcing authority in respect of said cranes. In addition, not below the rank of General Manager, District Industries Centre, Department of Industries of the State Government shall also be the enforcing authority. However for export purpose, said cranes which may conform to any specification required by the foreign buyer.
