Description of content: Measuring devices for determining the load per axle or wheel of rolling stock are placed on the market and put into use in the Czech Republic in accordance with Directive 2014/31/EU (Non Automatic Weighing Instruments - NAWI). Once they have been put into use, they become subject to national metrological regulation - verification at specified intervals. This notified legislation only applies to the verification of measuring instruments that have already been put into use. It does not concern placing them on the market or putting them into use.

Description of content: Fixed storage tanks used as instruments for measuring volume are placed on the market and put into use in the Czech Republic as legally controlled measuring instruments following type approval and initial verification pursuant to Act No 505/1990 on metrology, as amended. This notified legislation concerns national metrology regulation through type approval and verification of measuring instruments, i.e. fixed storage tanks used as instruments for measuring volume.

This notified legislation concerns national metrology regulation through type approval and verification of measuring instruments used as components of instruments and systems for measuring the flow volume of fluids.

Description of content: Instruments and systems measuring the flow volume of liquids other than water - dynamic measuring systems for liquids other than water, which are fitted to vehicles and tank-vehicles, are placed on the market and put into use in the Czech Republic in accordance with Directive 2014/32/EU (the Measuring Instruments Directive - MID). Once they have been put into use, they become subject to national metrological regulation - verification at specified intervals. This notified legislation only applies to the verification of measuring instruments that have already been put into use. It does not concern placing them on the market or putting them into use. The requirements imposed on these measuring instruments when in use are fully compatible with the MID and are also based on OIML recommendation 117. Some parameters listed in this document are properties of the measuring instruments when they are new; They are listed herein only because the preservation of these properties when the instruments are in use is subject to visual or other checks during verification.

Description of content: The main objective of this draft Commission Regulation is to update the references to UN regulations listed in the respective annexes to the General Safety Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 661/2009)and the Framework Directive (Directive 2007/46/EC) on motor vehicle type-approval in order to ensure that technical progress is not hampered. This is the 5th cycle of amendments to the General Safety Regulation since its adoption in 2009. Annexes I, III and IV to the Framework Directive are also complemented to reflect the adoption of UN Regulation No 0 on uniform provisions concerning International Whole Vehicle Type Approval.

自1990年5月1日起，根据商品检验法饮水机须经标准检验局(BSMI)强制检验。为了加强消费者保护和提高能源使用效率，BSMI提出采用最新版本的商品检验标准。BSMI将增加测试项目和方法，如标准CNS15929（2016）第6.3条“水温”、第6.8条“储罐容量”、第6.10条“每24小时功耗E24”和第13条“标志：（e）储水容量和（j）每24小时功耗E24”

Description of content: Water Dispensers have been subject to mandatory inspection under the Commodity Inspection Act by the Bureau of Standards Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) since 1 May 1990. To enhance consumer protection and promote efficiency of energy use, the BSMI proposes to adopt the latest version of inspection standards for the commodities. The BSMI will add test items and methods, stated in Sections 6.3 "water temperature," 6.8 "storage tank capacity," 6.10 "power consumption for preparation per 24 hours E24" and 13 "Mark: (e) water storage capacity and (j) power consumption for preparation per 24 hours E24" of the standard CNS 15929 (2016).The conformity assessment procedures remain the same, i.e. Registration of Products Certification (RPC) or Type-approved Batch Inspection (TABI).
