Description of content: Measuring instruments used to monitor activity limits and concentration of effluents from nuclear facilities, nuclear raw material mining or processing facilities, radioactive waste processing plants and from the processing or application of radioactive materials, and also used to determine environmental radiation exposure due to effluents' - modules for discontinuous measurement of activity or concentration by sampling that require specific test procedures - are placed on the market and put into use in the Czech Republic as specified measuring instruments following type approval and initial verification pursuant to Act No. 505/1990 on metrology, as amended. This legislation contains national metrological regulation of type approval and verification of these measuring instruments.

Description of content: Spectrometric assemblies for analysing alpha, beta, gamma, and neutron sources or fields - alpha and gamma radiation spectrometers are placed on the market and put into use in the Czech Republic as specified measuring instruments following type approval and initial verification pursuant to Act No. 505/1990 on metrology, as amended. This legislation contains national metrological regulation of type approval and verification of these measuring instruments.

Description of content: Installed meters, warning assemblies, and dosimetric quantity monitors for gamma radiation and X-rays with energies from 50 keV to 1.5 MeV are placed on the market and put into use in the Czech Republic as specified measuring instruments following type approval and initial verification pursuant to Act No. 505/1990 on metrology, as amended. This legislation contains national metrological regulation of type approval and verification of these measuring instruments.

8）泰国通报NBTCTS3001-25xx（20xx）：电磁兼容性 G/TBT/N/THA/517
内容如下：
NBTCTS3001-25xx(20xx)取代NTCTS30012555(2012)，规定了电信终端设备电磁兼容的最低技术要求。修订是通过增加可选电磁兼容性要求TISI1561-2556（2013）和IEC62368-1完成的，本标准（NTCTS3001-25xx（20xx））的以前版本有少量更新。

Description of content: NBTC TS 3001-25xx(20xx), which supersedes NTC TS 3001 2555(2012), specifies minimum technical requirements for electromagnetic compatibility of telecommunication terminal equipment.
Amendments are made by adding optional electromagnetic compatibility requirements TISI 1561-2556(2013) and IEC 62368-1 with some minor updates from previous version of this standard (NTC TS 3001-25xx(20xx)).
9）台澎金马单独关税区通报激光笔法定检验要求提案 G/TBT/N/TPKM/334
内容如下：
激光笔是公共活动中常用的指示设备。但是，高功率激光笔在误用时可能会对消费者造成危害。为了保护公众健康和安全，标准检验局（BSMI）提出管制标准CNS15016-1规定的分类为2类的激光笔，要求根据CNS15527在产品上标明警告信息。此类产品的合格评定程序是产品认证注册（RPC）计划或型式核准批次检验（TABI）制度。
覆盖以下产品：激光笔; 激光二极管以外的激光器（HS 901320）。

Description of content: Laser pointers are frequently used as aiming devices in public events. However, high-power laser pointers may pose hazards to consumers when they are misused. With a view to protecting the health and safety of the public, the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection proposes to regulate laser pointers classified under Class 2 as defined in CNS 15016-1 and require warning messages labelled on the product in accordance with CNS 15527. The conformity assessment procedure for such products will be Registration of Product Certification (RPC) or Type-Approved Batch Inspection (TABI).
