WTO.埃及通报第610/2020号部长令授权埃及标准ES 5969-1“饮用冷水和热水的水表-第1部分：计量和技术要求”

第610/2020号部长令给予生产商和进口商六个月的过渡期，以遵守埃及标准ES 5969-1。
本标准规定了通过充满电的封闭管道的冷饮用水和热水用水表的计量和技术要求。这些水表包含指示综合水量的装置，除了基于机械原理的水表外，本埃及标准还适用于基于电气或电子原理的装置，以及包含电子装置的机械原理，用于测量饮用冷水和热水的水量。
值得一提的是，本标准在技术上与ISO 4064-1:2014（2019年确认）相同。

The Ministerial Decree No. 610 /2020 gives the producers and importers a six-month transitional period to abide by the Egyptian standard ES 5969-1.
This standard specifies metrological and technical requirements of water meters for cold potable water and hot water flowing through a fully charged, closed conduit. These water meters incorporate devices which indicate the integrated volume, in addition to water meters based on mechanical principles, this Egyptian Standard applies to devices based on electrical or electronic principles, and mechanical principles incorporating electronic devices, used to measure the volume of cold potable water and hot water.
Worth mentioning is that this standard is technically identical with ISO 4064-1:2014 (confirmed in 2019).

Proposed date of entry into force: 15 January 2021
Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
