WTO.哥伦比亚通报制定适用于机动车约束系统的技术法规的决议草案

通知文本规定了在哥伦比亚生产或供应的机动车和挂车约束系统的技术法规，目的是通过遵守约束系统的技术性能要求，防止或尽量减少对人的生命和健康的风险，防止可能误导消费者的行为。

建议生效日期：自官方公报公布之日起12个月
最后征求意见日期：通知后60天

The notified text establishes the technical regulations intended for restraint systems for motor vehicles and trailers produced or supplied in Colombia, with the aim of preventing or minimizing risks to human life and health, through compliance with technical performance requirements for restraint systems, and preventing practices likely to mislead consumers.
Proposed date of adoption Date of publication in the Official Journal
Proposed date of entry into force: 12 months from the date of publication in the Official Journal
Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
