乌克兰通报内阁“关于修订铁路基础设施安全技术条例和铁路车辆安全技术条例”的决议草案

决议草案的目的是明确技术条例的范围，在立法一级规范在铁路运输领域应用合格评定模块的可能性，同时评估铁路运输基础设施和机车车辆产品的合格性，经乌克兰内阁2018年10月3日第797号决议批准，并带来符合技术法规要求的声明样本。此外，决议草案还提议，在制造商确定的货车使用寿命结束后，对延长货车使用寿命提出额外要求。

最后征求意见日期：通知后60天

The draft Resolution is aimed to specify the scope of the Technical Regulations, to regulate at the legislative level the possibility of applying conformity assessment modules in the sphere of railway transport while assessing the conformity of products for infrastructure and rolling stock of railway transport, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 3 October 2018 No. 797, as well as bring a sample of the declaration of conformity with the requirements of the Technical regulations. In addition, the draft Resolution proposes to establish additional requirements for the extension of the service life of freight cars after the end of their service life established by the manufacturer.
Proposed date of adoption: To be determined
Proposed date of entry into force: 8 months from the date of adoption
Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
