阿曼通报关于欧洲指令2011/65/EU“限制在电气和电子设备中使用某些有害物质”及其2015年和2017年修订的部长级法令

本部长令仅将欧洲指令2011/65/EU及其2015年和2017年对电信设备和医疗器械的修订作为第一阶段。部长级法令规定，电信设备和医疗设备中的某些有害物质应符合上述欧洲指令中规定的限值。
拟通过日期：2021年12月
建议生效日期：2022年6月
最后征求意见日期：通知后60天

This Ministerial decree obligating the European directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment in 2015 and 2017 for telecommunications equipment and medical devices only as a first stage. The Ministerial
Decree state that certain hazardous substances in telecommunications equipment and medical devices shall be comply with limits set in the mentioned European directive.
Proposed date of adoption: December 2021
Proposed date of entry into force: June 2022
Final date for comments: 60 days from notification
