WTO.美国通报 中重型零排放卡车销售草案

拟议规则-规定了指定车型年的年度零排放中型和重型卡车销售要求。提供数量、操作和位置。修订的目的是修订现有的低排放车辆（LEV）计划，以纳入加利福尼亚州的先进清洁卡车（ACT）中重型零排放车辆（ZEV）标准。该部门正在修订第218-1.1节“适用性”；218-2.1，禁止；218-4.1，ZEV百分比；并增加了新的218-4.2大型实体报告要求。第218部分的其余部分保持不变。

Proposed rule - Provides for annual zero emission medium and heavy duty truck sales requirements for specified model years. Provides for volumes, operations, and locations. The purpose of the amendment is to revise the existing low emission vehicle (LEV) program to incorporate California's Advanced Clean Truck (ACT) medium- and heavy-duty zero emission vehicle (ZEV) standards. The Department is amending Sections 218-1.1, Applicability; 218-2.1, Prohibitions; 218-4.1, ZEV percentages; and adding a new 218-4.2, Large Entity Reporting Requirement. The remaining Sections in Part 218 are unchanged.
