In order to support Vice Premier MA Kai’s visit to the UK for hosting the Eighth China-UK Economic and Finance Dialogue, entrusted by MOFCOM, CCCME organized Chinese Delegation to attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcoming Cocktail Party of the Eighth China-UK Economic and Finance Dialogue on Nov. 9^th.

On Nov. 10^th, Vice Premier MA Kai attended and addressed the Welcoming Banquet of the Eighth China-UK Economic and Finance Dialogue sponsored by MOFCOM and British Department for International Trade and organized by CCCME and China-Britain Business Council. Mr. ZHONG Shan, Chinese International Trade Representative, Vice Minister (ministerial level) of MOFCOM, Rt Hon Greg Hands MP, Minister of State for Trade and Investment of Department for International Trade and 240 delegates attended the banquet.

On the morning of 9^th, CCCME led part of Chinese delegates to China General Nuclear Power Corporation London Office for studying their overseas investment experience.

On the afternoon of 10^th, British Department of International Trade sponsored the Belt and Road Infrastructure High Level Financial Summit, which was attended by Vice President of CCCME, Ms. LIU Chun. Director of Capital Investment of Department of International Trade, the former Mayor of London and Chief Secretary of HM Treasury also attended the summit. CCCME invited all the Chinese speakers for the summit and organized more than 50 delegates in power, machinery, electronic, banking, security, insurance and other financial institutions.
