The 5th Session of the 6th CCCME Vice-President Meeting Held in Beijing

On the afternoon of January 23, 2018, CCCME hosted the 5th Session of the 6th Vice-President Meeting in Beijing. 86 people including CCCME President, Vice President and delegates from Board Member companies attended the meeting.

CCCME President Zhang Yujing reported the work of 2017 and the vision for the work of 2018, as well as CCCME’s initiatives in the spirit of the 19th National Congress of CPC.

The meeting deliberated and approved the Proposal for Convening the 8th Session of the 6th Board Member Meeting.

Director Shen Danyang from Office of Policy Development of Ministry of Commerce introduced the current situation of foreign trade and latest changes in foreign trade policies.

Commercial Counselor Liu Minqiang introduced how Chinese enterprises have done in going global, and foreign investment and cooperation in recent years.
The Deputy Director of Western Development Department of National Development and Reform Commission Zhai Dongsheng reported the latest deployment and policy improvements in promoting the Belt and Road Initiative.

During discussion, the attendees affirmed the work and achievements CCCME had made during the past year. President Zhang concluded that CCCME would live up to the expectation and meet the demands of all sides.
