CCCME successfully co-organizes Malaysia-China Business Forum
In order to promote the economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between China and Malaysia in the post-epidemic period, the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Malaysia successfully held the Malaysia-China Business Forum on November 18, 2020 by means of online and offline combination, and CCCME and Malaysian Investment Development Agency were the organizers. The meeting is the first important bilateral economic and trade activity held after the signing of RCEP, which plays an important guiding role in enhancing the understanding of relevant policies and future trend of economic and trade cooperation between enterprises of both sides. Relevant enterprises attended the conference in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Kuala Lumpur respectively, and the forum was broadcast live through the network.
Li Chenggang, Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Commerce of China, YB Deputy Minister of MITI, Malaysia, and Dato’ Azman Mahmud, Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia Investment and Development Bureau, delivered speeches on deepening strategic matching and promoting innovation investment cooperation.
The seminar in Beijing was held in CCCME and was moderated by CCCME Vice President Liu Chun. H.E. RAJA DATO' NUSHIRWAN ZAINAL ABIDIN, Malaysian ambassador to China and nearly 100 representatives of entrepreneurs from the two countries attended the meeting.
