King Long United Automotive Industry (Suzhou)Co. Ltd. makes complete buses and coaches in China. Since the establishment in 1998, with an annual increase of 50% turnover, it has become forceful power in the Chinese bus and coach industry in China. In 2005, it accomplished the sales amount of RMB 2.63 billion with the volume of 10,180 units. Suzhou King Long has a modern bus and coach production base of 400,000 m2. The advanced equipments are adopted to ensure the automation in production. With the capacity of producing 15,000 vehicles and chassis per year, the new product lines feature the manufacturing mode of specialization and scale. Suzhou King Long has three plants making full-sized coaches, medium-sized coaches and city buses. At present, there are 1,300 employees, of who over 500 are technicians.
