All parts produced in our shop are quality controlled by means of tests carried out with the most sophisticated instruments, in order to comply with the tolerances and specifications and to meet the increasingly high quality standards requested by the customers. This department is provided with a testing room for machines in working conditions (capacity up to 500 kW), a vibrometer, a dynamic balancing machine and a noise gauge. The materials are checked with coordinates measurement systems, magnetoscopes and ultrasound testing and are also controlled through hardness and impact resistance tests.
