Double row 4206 bearings correspond in design to single row deep groove ball bearings. They have deep uninterrupted raceways and high conformity between the balls and raceways. They are able to carry axial loads acting in both directions in addition to radial loads.

4206 bearings, which is the most common used rolling bearing with simple structure and easy to use. Mainly used to bear radial load, it also can play the role of angular contact bearing and bear the connected load in radial and axial direction when the radial play of bearing is increased. When the rotation speed is very high and the thrust ball bearing is not suitable, the deep groove ball bearing can also be used to bear only axial load. Compared with other kinds of bearings of the same dimension, this kind of bearing has very small frictional coefficient and high limit rotation speed, but unable to endure impact and not suitable to endure heavy load. With the quality of durable and without having to be frequently maintained.

4206 Bearings: Similar in design to single row deep groove ball bearings, they have two parallel deep grooves and high conformity between the balls and the raceways. They are able to carry axial loads in both directions in addition to radial loads. These are particularly suited to applications where a single row ball bearing's load bearing capacity would be insufficient. Made with the same bore and outside diameters as the single row series they are a little bit wider but offer far greater load bearing abilit.

4206 bearings are used in a particularly wide variety of applications. Consequently, they are available in many executions and sizes. We manufacture a full range of deep groove ball bearings. In addition to open type bearings, these bearings often have steel shields or rubber seals installed on one or both sides and are prelubricated with grease. As to cages, pressed steel ones are the most common. For big deep groove ball bearings, machined brass cages are used. Machined cages are also used for high speed applications.

Double row deep groove ball bearings are very suitable for bearing arrangements where the load carrying capacity of a single row bearing is inadequate. For the same outside and bore diameters, double row bearings are slightly wider than single row bearings but have considerably higher load carrying capacity than single row bearings in the 62 and 63 series.
