 Application of PVC artificial marble stone plastic skirting line

This kind of PVC artificial marble stone plastic skirting line  is mainly usd to produce the skirting panel profile for ceiling, wall panel, background wall, window frame, door frame, skirting board, elevator door frame, etc., special for public and private decoration, such as villa, house, hotel, shopping mall, and so on.


PVC imitation marble stone production line/ stone plastic production line consists of the following components: conical twin-screw extruder, mold, (cooling vacuum forming table), traction machine, cutting machine, flip frame, high-speed mixer, plastic crusher machine. Subsequent surface treatment (thermal transfer or water transfer) and other components after extrusion: appearance with four processing, the appearance of the first layer of color with a scalding transfer technology, the appearance of color never fall off, and the second layer primer protective layer, the third layer is non-slip layer, the fourth layer is the wear layer.
