Detection principle:
Plastic melt index instrument, also known as melt flow rate meter, is a plastic extrusion device, the measured thermoplastics placed in the cylinder of the instrument, as early as the temperature, with a furnace to reach the molten material, and The extrudate is converted to the melt by mass flow MFR (G / 10MIN) of the standard die every 10 minutes or the extrudate is converted into a melt 10 minutes through the standard die volume flow MNR (CM3 / 10MIN), with the measured object in the molten state of the mobility, viscosity and other physical properties.
