Manufacturing process of continuous PU sandwich panel production line

1.      uncoiler, there are2 or 4 pcs of hydraulic uncoiler working alternatively

2.      roll forming, platen any shape you like

3.      pre-heating,

4.      foaming portal

5.      Pu Metering Machine, multi-component high pressure foaming machine to manufacturering PUR or PIR, it may be in 2 or 4 or 6 component or reserve cyclopentance foaming interface

6.      Pu Pouring

7.      Double Belt Conveyor

Double belt conveyor is moved up and down by electric precision lead screw,whose thickness adjusted on line during operation in the precision of 0.1mm, in order to prevent it from rusting, its scraping belt is in anti-corrosive high-srength alloy steel processing. The surface roughness should be less than Ra1.6. The flatness of adjacent chain plate is controlled within 0.05mm.

8.      Cross Cutting, the band saw is adopted to realized two-way cross cutting. The rotary saw is equipped at the front end,which can achieve two-way cutting for roof panel.

9.      Cooling machine, in order to prevent the deformation due to the production heat, the panels,after cutting, will be placed vertically for natural cooling

10.   Staker, it consists of turnover mechanism,vacuum cup and tansmission belt, the turnover mechanism make a 180 degree turnover of the roof panel.
