Description of the machine: - This machine is used to curling the paper tube after labeling. - It can be inside curling, outside curling and edge expanding. - The feeding mechanism of curling tool adopts mechanical CAM mechanism, it ensures a flexible feeding movement under high-speed production status. - The machine has a dial plate with five work stations on it. The movement of dial plate is controlled by PLC and stepping motor automatically and accurately. - The machine has advanced stand-by function. When there is no tubes to curl the machine will stop the main power consumption motors, and it can be started again when the tubes become available. - Auto-stop function. If there is any malfunction when working, the machine will stop immediately. - Replacing mold is simple and fast. The mold is designed into modularized parts.
