The dustbin mould need good design especially the core parts. As the high pressure and long time running, the core need good rub resistence and good cooling. so we will design some wear plate on the core and make the berylium copper on the top to make sure it will have good cooling .so that te part will not warpage baddly.

Usually we will trial the mould in 60 days and you are welcome to approval the final mould trial at our factory. before that we will send you trial samples for approval many times till the bin is ok.
