General description

The high-speed roll forming machine i the now type line which is produced both by our company and Formia company from

Finland. The complete machine adopts the cold forming. cold punching. automanic stack. industrial automation controlling system and

precision machining technology. therefore it can run full autonalically. including decoiling. forming. cutting to length and stacking. The

highest speed can reach to 60m/min.

We can dasign and manufacture machines for forming different proliles according to customers requirement.

Main technical features

1. Adopt independence guide post supporing wall plate and inside transmission chain. the rolles are trealed with iontriding and

polishing.

2 Setup the flat sheet pre - cutting equipment to avoid waste of raw material.

3. Procedure control and encoder measuring the lengh. it will autmatically cut to length.

4. Adopt procedure control stacker which will automatcally stack.ake cake count and move out the products.
