Established in 2005, Guangdong Leiyon Intelligence Technology Corp. is a private owned enterprise located in the industrial center of Dongguan city, Guangdong province, China.
In the past 15 years, Leiyon has been engaged into research and development, production and sales of consumer electronics.
Leiyon covers a wide range of Audio products such as: Hifi System, Home Theater, Portable Speaker, Karaoke Machine and Soundbar.
In April 2015, Leiyon launched the production of smart robot vacuum cleaners.
The factory covers an area of 40,000 square meters with two production buildings, an office building, dormitory and canteen.
Leiyon is a certified manufacturer with ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management standard and BSCI approval. The factory is Walmart inspected and certified and regularly passes technical audits of international companies. All our products are in line with international quality standards.
To ensure this quality, since its establishment, Leiyon has been strictly following its own 4-level quality-control system including IQC (Incoming Quality Control); IPQC (In Process Quality Control); FQC (Final Quality Control); OQC (Outgoing Quality Control).
The factory is equipped with 7 modernized assembly lines with monthly production capacity reaching 100,000 pcs.
Leiyon employs about 500 staff engaged in R&D, production, quality control, procurement, marketing and sales.
Leiyon’s 2019 turnover reached 21.4 million USD. Our main markets are South America and Mexico (29% of total revenue), Europe (28% of total revenue), Asia (17% of total revenue), Africa (10% of total revenue), Middle East (8% of total revenue), other (8% of total revenue).
