Header auger blade clearance and telescopic tooth clearance

The header auger has a great influence on the uniformity and patency of crop feeding.

Adjustment Requirements:

1. The gap between the head of the auger dragon and the bottom of the header is about 15~20 mm; when the stem of the feed is relatively tall or the feed is more, the gap is enlarged, when the stem of the feed is short and sparse. The gap is small.

2. The clearance between the telescopic tooth and the header base is about 10 mm. When the telescopic rack is forward, it should extend as far as possible to increase its ability to grasp the crop; when the telescopic rack is to the rear, it should be retracted as much as possible to avoid entanglement and returning grass.

Adjustment Notes:

1. The tension between the two left and right chains is even, and the drive shaft and the passive shaft are parallel;

2. During operation of the whole machine, the chain and the side wall do not interfere;

3. The passive axis floats freely;

4, To measure the chain tension: the middle of the chain, lift up, lift height 20-35mm is appropriate.
