Chongqing Sansan Electric Appliance CO., Ltd. is a limited company with its main business for R&D, production and marketing of digital instruments for both motorcycles and autos.

Starting R&D digital instrument since 2000, our company own perfect technical resources£ºwe have 10 technicians, including structure engineers, software engineers, electrical engineers, process engineers, quality test engineers etc. We design and manufacture all the instruments on our own.

The main components of the instrument are of global background: like single-chip microcomputer is FUJISTU; LCD provided by TRULY Semiconductors Limited; Stepper motor imported from a Japanese joint venture in Thailand, and power supply is provided by ON semiconductor. All these components guarantee the quality and endurance of the instruments.

Our company passed the ISO/TS16949 certificate in 2008. Also we set up our own laboratory for low & high temperature test and vibration test.

The newest production lines, perfect production technique, special work fixture for each instrument, assure the consistency of the production. The newly adopted SMT (YAMAHA YG12 and YG12F) production line assures the mounting quality of electronic components and productivity.
