Company Overview
Julong Home Appliances (Suzhou) Limited was established in October 2005. The company is located in the wonderfully named Taiping (meaning peace) Town in the Xiangcheng Disdtict of Suzhou. The primary activities of the company are that of the research and development, manufacture and sale of vacuum cleaners, with an annual production capacity of 2 million units. This includes independent research and development, mould manufacture, injection moulding,painting,circuit board,lining packing and product assembly and other related production capabilities. We are striving to become a world-class and highly respected innovative company. The registered capital of the company is US$3 million and a total of US$10 million has been invested in the company. The company’s factory occupies 25,000 square metres and the company employs around 600 staff.
Product research and development
The company has 30 appearance designers.structural research and development,and process technology engineers. Over half of our engineers have more than six years of experience in the vacuum cleaner industry. In addition to our independent R&D, we also help customers to develop their own products. Through the use of 3D design, appearance mould¡¢CNC structual protype manufacture and other advanced techniques, we are able to satisfy the demands of customers in relation to many different markets. We can also assist customers in market promotion and help them to increase their market share. To date, our company’s products are GS, CE, EMC, ROHS and PAHS approved.
Manufacture and equipment
Since the company was established in 2005, we have set up an effective internal management system and internal quality control system in order to facilitate the development of the company. We have also implemented an effective staff incentive scheme. These measures have created a solid internal management mechanism which will assist the future development of the company. The company currently has 6 modern vacuum cleaner assembly lines, 65 80-to-600-tonne injection machines, 12 painting lines,20 tool machine equipments. The company also has facilities for ROHS, performance testing,temperature raise testing and all other relevant forms of reliability testing.
Sales and services
Since large scale cooperation with Midea Group began in 2006, the company has largely exported direct to Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Southeast Asia among other regions as part of the OEM order agreement. And we made our export purchase order of self-operated products.Julong has become gained recognition by Midea and in 2010 it was awarded “Progress Supplier of the Year award”. The company also has full production capabilities in vacuum cleaner parts and replacements. We have significantly reduced our procurement lead-time at all stages of production and raised our product quality.And we can guarantee a top quality service to customers both at the the deadline controling and quality.

In order to satisfy market demands and stay abreast with market development trends, senior company management established a second subsidiary undertaking in Huangqiao Industrial Park in Taizhou, Jiangsu: Julong (Taizhou) Electrical Appliances Technology Company Limited. This new company is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of electrical appliances, primarily vacuum cleaners. The registered capital of the company is USD12 million,cover an area of 102 acres. The company will formally commence operations in December 2011 and it will operate a total of twenty automated vacuum cleaner assembly lines with an annual capacity of 8 million units. In order to satisfy global market demand, we have adopted as our company philosophy the slogan: “gather everyone’s dream!”.
