Surpass Commercial Corp., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Poly Group Corporation.

The Company was founded in 1992 with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce (the former Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation) and subsequently registered at the State Administration of Industry and Commerce.  The Company has been certified as a Class A enterprise by the Customs.

As the civilian products trading platform of China Poly Group Corporation, the Company has a aggregated registered capital of 100 million RMB, with annual import and export volume exceeding 300 million USD and total sales reaching 2.2 billion RMB. The total assets of the Company is 880 million RMB, 160 million of which are net assets.

The Company’s main line of business is the import/export and sales of petroleum and gas equipments and materials, petro-chemical products, automobiles, agricultural machinery, medical device, railway communication equipments and construction materials. The Company has established long-term business relations with such top 500 enterprises of the world as PDVSA of Venezuela, BASF of Germany and ARKEMA of France. We also cooperate amicably with Chinese famous enterprises such as Sinotruk, CIMC, TISCO, China Zhongwang Holdings Ltd., SINOPEC, CNOOC, etc. We therefore build an excellent brand name and reputation both in the domestic and international markets.
