Tianjin Dong Fang Xian Ke Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd., established in April, 2004 with the registered capital of RMB 150,000,000.00, is a private joint-stock enterprise which integrates designing, manufacturing, assembling, commissioning and technical services. Our company commits itself to researching, developing and popularizing new technology, new products and new process in petroleum drilling equipment.

Our company has advantageous location with very convenient traffic. Beijing is near on its west side and Tianjin Port on its east side. Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railway, Jingjintang, Jingjin, Jingji, Jinghu, Daguang highways are close. Our company adopts group organization system, consisting of the following six companies: Tianjin Dong Fang Xian Ke Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd, Tianjin Zhong Da Yuan Dong Petroleum Technology Development Co., Ltd., Tianjin China-Petroleum Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., Tianjin Bai Sheng Jiu Hong Industrial and Trading Co., Ltd., Tianjin China-Petroleum Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. and Karamay Zhong Da Yuan Dong Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. Our company has six yards with total area around 800mu (i.e. 533,336.00m2), among which, the building area 286,000m2 and production area 155,000m2. At present, our company has more than 1500 staff.

The group company is composed of equipment manufacturing part and drilling engineering service part. The equipment manufacturing part is equipped with the first class workshops and equipment, including rivet welding, metal working, surface cleaning, automatic impeller blasting, painting, assembling, testing and other processes. To meet the requirements of product research and development, production detecting and technology service, our company has one 300-ton load test area and three rig assembly sites more than 800 sets of production and testing equipment, such as dynamic balance testing machine, 50 tons gantry crane and heavy surface boring lathe, automatic welding production line and large scale numerical control flame cutting machine and etc. Drilling engineering service part has six petroleum drilling crews experienced in international exploration and operation. Currently the main business of the drilling engineering service plate is centralized on Songliao Basin, Bohai Bay Basin, Ordos Basin, Junggar Basin and Tarim Basin in China and Central Asia and North America at abroad.

Our company has perfect quality assurance system and it passes International Quality System Authentication of ISO9001:2008 and obtains the use right of API Spec 4F and 7K Monogram. Its products pass the Certificate of China Compulsory Product Certification (also called 3C Certification) and obtain the Civil Special Vehicle Chassis Manufacturing Qualification approved by Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Our company has the World Manufacturing Factory Identification Number Certification and Grade A Drilling Qualification examined and approved by China Ministry of Land and Resource. Our company is also the first class network drilling equipment and spare parts provider for CNPC and SINOPEC.

The leading products of our company include 4 series around 30 kinds, consisting of 1000m-4000m truck-mounted drilling rigs, 1000m-4000m trailer mounted drilling rigs, 20ton-225ton land workover rigs and 5000m-7000m electrical drilling rigs. The products are exported to more than 30 countries such as Russia, America, Sudan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Columbia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Romania, Syria, Libya, Iran and etc. Our company has excellent after-sale service network system and sets up more than 20 branches and service stations at home and abroad to provide a full range of fast and timely equipment maintenance and repair, spare parts supply and staff training service.
