Beijing UNIFLY Scientific and Technology Company Limited (name in the stock exchange: UNIFLY; stock exchange code: 430037) was incorporated in 1995 with its office registered in Zhongguancun Yonghe Science Park. With RMB 102 million paid-in capital, UNIFLY has invested millions of Yuan in Gu’an Economic Development Zone in Hebei Province and Suixian County Economic Development Zone in Suizhou City of Hubei Province respectively to establish two R&D and productionbases.
   Since 2004, UNIFLY has been dedicated to developing, producing and marketing new-material technologies and their derivative products mainly used in vehicle energy efficiency and environmental protection. UNIFLY has successfully translated the inorganic non-metal porcelain materials developed by itself into the vehicle energy-efficient and environment-friendly filters, long-term low-carbon lubricating oil and other high-tech products, which are in mass production and sales.
   Relying on our technical innovations and core competitiveness, the company started with UNIFLY Sci-tech Development Center with RMB 100,000-fund and 5 employees. Today, it has developed into a national-level high-tech enterprise with RMB 102 million paid-in capital, RMB 200 million assets, 2 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 3 controlled subsidiaries. Since UNIFLY developed the new-material technologies and put them into production in 2006, the revenues and profits have been rising at an annual growth rate of more than 30%. As one of the first-batch pilot-test enterprises, UNIFLY was listed in National Equities Exchange and Quotations (formerly known as Equities Quotations Transfer System) in December 2008. The move financed more than RMB 100 million directly, laying a solid foundation for UNIFLY’s development and innovation and helping it become a high-tech company with modern corporate management philosophy and mechanism that combines technologies, production and marketing.
