Founded in 1994, Shenzhen Tongfang Tech New Materials Co. Ltd. (Tongfang) is located in Guanlan Town, Bao¡¯an District, Shenzhen, covering a land area of 20,000 square meters, where modern and standard industrial workshops are built. It now has nearly 500 employees and has won the national hi-tech enterprise certificate, ranking top 100 enterprises in Bao¡¯an, Shenzhen. It is a hi-tech company specialized in developing and producing precision electronic chemical materials. Major products of the company include: (1) flux: halogen-free no-clean flux, solar PV modules new dedicated no-clean flux, no-clean extinction, no-clean lead-free rosin flux of medium and low solid content, colorless and transparent no-clean lead-free flux, water-based halogen-free flux and various thinner, solvent-based cleaning agent and water-based cleaning agent, adding up to 8 series with more than 40 varieties (2) yellow gum, red gum, green gum and black gum for electronic assembly (3) insulating paint (varnish)series: self-drying type and baking type (4) SMT materials: ordinary solder paste, lead-free halogen-free no-clean solder paste with various alloy composition, and patch red plastic (5) non-Pb-Sn and non-Pb-Sn-line with various alloy composition. Adhering to the principle of ¡°hi-tech, high starting point and strict requirement¡±, Tongfang has obtained the ISO9001 international quality system certification, ISO14001 international environmental management system certification and QC080000 hazardous substances management system certification. Thus it ensures the products quality by strictly controlling a series of producing procedures from product R&D, raw materials procurement to production and manufacturing. It has reached the standard of China¡¯s national standard GB9491, also has been in accordance with IPC-TM-650, JIS-Z-3283 and other international testing standards, and its products has meet the standard of EU RoHS and REACH.
