China International Engineering Consulting Corporation (CIECC) has been established to meet the requirements of democratic and scientific decision-making as a result of investment management system reformation in China. CIECC's development has reflected the evolution of the socialist market economy system as well as the progress of reform and opening up in a creative and innovative manner in the country. Throughout its development in the past 20 years, CIECC has received great attention from the leaders of the State Council, as well as vigorous support and guidance from relevant governmental departments.
