Our company,QIXIA YINYUN PISTON&HYDRAULIC COMPONENT CO.,LTD. Is a reformed company based on Shandong Qixia Piston Factory and Shandong Qixia Hydraulic Component Factory. There are 1,300 employee in our company.168 of them are technician. The main products are pistons,gear pumps and oil pumps.It has been a member of the 50 better enterprises in Shandong province since 1998. in 1999, the company obtained ISO9001 quality certificate, then QS9000 in 2003. It is named as ShanDong Advanced Enterprise and High Technology Enterprise. There are 17 product lines for pistons in our company.The annual productivity is about 5 million.There are more than 180 kinds of pistons(ø50~ø240) in all.We could supply pistons inserted wearable cast iron ring (ALFIN) or bulge-proof steel strip. Also we could supply pistons with oil cooling way inside the body.We could make abnormity pin hole on the piston.We could coat graphite on the surface.And we could coat with tin or use anodizing method. We could manufacturer the products according to the given drawings or samples. After all, our products have been widely used in the engines of shipping,generator,automobile, farm -vehicle,tractor,motorcycle,etc.We are one of the main suppliers of many famous diesel engine companies in China. Except pistons,we could manufacture more than 50 types of gear pumps with middle and high pressure, such as CBZ, CBN-E500, CBF-E500, CBQ-F400,CBN-E300,etc.The annual productivity is about 600,000pcs.They are widely used in such engineering equipments as crane,grab,loader,bulldozer,etc.As well as the hydraulic system of automobile,tractor,combine harvester,etc. Also we could supply more than 30 types of oil pump diesel engine in our company.The annual production is about 200,000 pcs. With long service life and a high degree of reliability,our products are well regarded both in domestic market and abroad.
