Minimal Order A 20-foot container, at least 150 pieces for each model to spread out the engineering and manufacturing tooling costs. $1 to $3 surcharges may be applied if the quantity of each model is below the minimum. Price Structures Each model has high-end and low-end categories. The high-end bikes have the best parts (usually made in Taiwan). The low-end ones have the best prices with economical components (usually made in China) with acceptable quality. 3-Step Process for New Customers Based on years of manufacturing experiences, we suggest new customers go through the following 3-Step process to achieve the complete satisfaction: Step 1 - Price Quotation: We quote prices from your detailed specifications. Step 2 - Sample Development: After agreed upon prices and specifications, we develop samples for you. Step 3 - Production: After customers inspect samples and make final modifications, we start mass production. Samples Samples can be made upon request. Each sample requires $75 sample development fee in addition to its base price. The $75 will be refunded in full at the time order is placed. Painting All colors in YS Paint Catalog can be painted. YS 8xxxx or YS 9xxxx color has $0.5 extra to cover the higher material costs. CP (Chrome Paint) is the standard paint on rim, handlebar, seat post, cranks, and brake sets. Any customized paints on these parts cost more. So do two-tone paints. EN-71 CE Mark Certification All our bicycles are fully complied with EN-71 standard. If customers choose to have EN-71 or CE Mark certification, we will provide the specimen, and the inspection and certification fees are to be paid by the customers.
