In 1976, Shandong Tongli Wheel Co.,Ltd was founded. In 1990, began to make wheels and became an professional steel wheel manufacture. There are 900 staffs and workers in our company now among which 4.6% is college graduates,9.6% is technical secondary school graduates,85.8% is junior high school or senior high school graduates. And there are two with high title and eighteen with middle title. In order to improve the whole competitive of our company, we take many ways to indraught outstanding managers and technic experts and train staffs and workers these years Shandong Tongli Wheel Co., Ltd is specialized in the production and sale of wheels for middle and heavy-duty truck , engineering machine and tractor .The production range are more than 100 breeds from 8 inchs to 32 inchs . Now our company¡¯s network of sale has covered nineteen provinces of China and established long-term cooperation relationship with Forton groupe, Wuzheng Group, Shenyang Jinbei Automobile Company and so on,total 26 local OEMs. We not only developing the domestic market, but also expanding the oversea market., and make it become our new and main progress goal. Now we already got the agreement with the customers which from American and South -East Asian ,and preparing to delivery. There are 19 production lines in our company including 2 tubeless wheel line, 8 wheel rolling and compounding line,6 disc punching line and 3 cathode electrophoresis line. There are about 498 sets main equipments including 68 sets of pressuring machines which capacity from 100 to 630 MT ,45 sets of hydraulic pressure machines which capacity from100 to 1250 MT ,385 sets of rolling machines, joint-welding machines, testing machines and so on. Our company adopts Auto CAD ,Pro-E and Solid Edge as the subsidiary design to research and develop new products . In order to improve our research quality and ability ,We signed 10years agreement with with the ¡°Shandong University¡± about company development , product research and development , technology consultation, personnel training ,etc. Our company have established the quality management system with long-term validity and adaptability. We got the ISO9002 quality system certificate in 1999,then we got QS9000 certificate in 2003, and now we passed the ISO/TS16949 standard certification in 2005. and now we are according to the terms of TS16949 to improve our quality management system.
