Zhengzhou NISSAN Automobile Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japanese joint venture of whole-vehicle manufacturing, founded in 1993 after being approved by the state, of which Dongfeng Motor Joint Stock Co., Ltd. owns an equity of 51%, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. owns an equity of 28.651% and NISSAN Automobile Business Corporation (Japan) holds the remaining equity of 20.349%. The enterprise has been positioned as the main development base of LCV products for both Dongfeng and NISSAN brands.
