Our institute is fully set up in our specialized field with scores of profession, such as new material technique, cement technique, layout transportation, construction, structure, water supply and drainage, motive power, HAV, electric power supplying and distribution, industrial automation, environment protection, technical economy, budget estimation, computer, mechanical, mine, etc. With optimized skills on designing, researching and managing, we can provide a series of general contract service such as feasibility study, foreign technology negotiation, engineering design, project consultation, design and manufacture of special non-standard equipment, economic analysis and construction of project, equipment installation, commission, test run, etc.

During the past 40 years, our institute has undertaken a group of plant design for new building material and cement at home and abroad, which has a certain degree of demonstrate significance. The projects on designing of new building material we undertook include aerated concrete product, autoclave fly ash brick, calcium silicate board, fiber cement product, gypsum fiber product, friction material product etc. We have also contracted hundreds of cement project, which include 3300/td new pre-calciner production line, 1000t/d clinker pre-calciner production line, cement grinding station with annual capacity of 800,000 ton, steel slag mill fine powder project with annual capacity of 300,000 ton, new dryness cement plant kiln end system, electric control system, etc. Besides, we have undertaken designing and producing more than 1000 sets of special equipments, designing hundreds of civil construction project and supervising lots of projects. For each kind of project designing, developing and studying, we have got great economic social benefit. In spite of this, we have also won National Scientific and Technological Award as well as Provincial Prize for Progress in Engineering Design & Technology.

Our institute began to set foot in the designing and constructing field of aerated concrete project from the year of 1994. And since 2000, we have built lots of aerated concrete blocks and board production lines, whose scale and equipment approach to the world advanced level, which is mainly represented by Shanghai Ytong and Nanjing Xujian. In addition to this, we have also cooperated with nearly 50 electric power plant, thermal power plant, coal industry group, steel and iron group, paper industry group, mining industry group in Shandong, Guangdong, Hubei, Hunan, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Gansu, Liaoning, Tianjin and Guizhou, and has got unique technical superiority in this field.

In engineering construction project, we have applied new technology and equipment to designing of aerated concrete plant by coordinating with foreign countries to bring in construction projects and accumulating experiences on design and construction. Meantime, we have developed the first aerated concrete production line DCS blending system in China. By means of the constant effort our engineers and technicians made, we have raised the automotive control of aerated concrete production line up to a new level.

Recently, we have given full play to our technical superiority and have got an outstanding achievement of building material project construction, especially of new building material plant construction, for instance, 300,000 m3/y aerated concrete block and blank production line for Nanjing Xujian new building material company, 100 million block/y autoclave brick production line for Inner Mongolia Qinghua Group Coalification Co. Ltd, and production line of fiber reinforced cement cable pipe for Shengyang Taixing electric pole plant. What more, our institute owns an equipment manufacturing center with the total area of 26000m2, by which we can undertake producing and setting main machine for new building material production line, electric control system as well as kiln end system and electric control system for new dryness cement plant.
