Zhengxing Vehicle Wheel Co., Ltd of Shaoguan was established in 2000 with the investment of RBM 530 millions Yuan. It is a private enterprise which specializes in manufacturing vehicle wheel, trailer and trailer parts, precision casting and fine machining. The company has the following affiliates: Fudi Precision Casting Company, Jinxin Logistics Company, a branch company in Dubai U.A.E., a branch company in Huangpu district of Guangzhou, and Zhengxing International Commercial Hotel. The business of the company involves advanced machinery manufacturing, logistics and transportation, international trade, lodging and catering. 
 

The headquarter of Zhengxing company is located in the famous city of North Guangdong---Shaoguan, a hub of communication with abundant resources and convenient transportation. The company covers an area of 120,000 square meters. 850 employees work in the company, among which 6 people are senior engineers, and 80 people are technicians with intermediate title. The workshops are equipped with advanced manufacturing machines including 1,250-ton hydraulic machine, automatic submerged arc welding machine and powerful revolver gress, advanced inspection equipment, and a whole set of steel wheel production line. The company has rich experience in designing, developing and producing steel wheel products. Up to now it has had 11 invention patents, and developed more than 100 types of tube and tubeless steel wheel rims, which can be applied to many types of cars and trucks. The company is a strategic partner of many automobile manufacturers including GAC Hino Motors Co., Ltd. Domestically the products occupies a large share in Chinese market; internationally, the products have been exported to over 30 countries and regions in Europe, America, and Southeast Asia. A marketing network system with maintenance, mating and exportation developing in harmony has been formed.
 

Zhengxing Vehicle Wheel Co., Ltd has been accredited as the “Creditable and Free Inspection Company” in succession during the year 2001 and 2006, and the “Double Satisfactory Company of Quality and Service” by the China Quality Long March in 2003. It passed ISO 9001:2000 international quality systems in 2006, and began to start TS16949 standard systems of international auto industry in 2007. In 2006, the company was approved of High-tech Private Enterprise Certification of Guangdong Province. The famous brand of Guangdong province  is an independent brand registered by the company.
