巴西通报轮胎翻新技术质量法规和合格评定要求的批准-综合

计量、质量和技术研究所——INMETRO于2021年10月15日发布了第433号法令，该法令批准了轮胎再螺纹法规，其中包括技术质量法规、合格评定要求和合格鉴定印章规范，分别见附件一，本条例第II及III条。
Inmetro条例433在收养生效之日撤销了以下法案：
Ⅰ-2015年10月29日《Inmetro条例554》，2015年11月3日在《联邦政府公报》第1节第20至21页上公布；和
Ⅱ-第21条第21项。第18条和第7条。Inmetro条例258第19条，2020年8月6日，于2020年8月7日在政府公报第1节第25页上公布，之前通过G/TBT/N/BRA/907/Add.1进行了公告

Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology - INMETRO issued Ordinance no. 433, 15 October 2021, that approves the Regulation for tire rethreading, which includes the Technical Quality Regulation, the Conformity Assessment Requirements and the Specifications for the Conformity Identification Seal, respectively, in Annexes I, II and III of this Ordinance.
Inmetro Ordinance 433 revokes the following acts on the effective date of adoption:
I - Inmetro Ordinance 554 29 October 2015, published in the Federal Official Gazette on 3 November 2015, section 1, pages 20 to 21; and
II - Item XXI of art. 18 and item VII of art. 19 of Inmetro Ordinance 258, 6 August 2020, published in the Official Gazette on 7 August 2020, section 1, page 25, previously notified through G/TBT/N/BRA/907/Add.1
