美国通报商业港口船舶规例

拟议规则-修订规则，以提供更严格的NOx和颗粒物发动机排放性能标准。根据基于船舶类别和发动机型号年的时间表，船舶所有人和运营商需要在2023年至2032年期间达到性能标准。建议修订《加州法规》（CCR）第5.1章第3部分第13篇第2299.5节和第7.5分章第1章第17篇第93118.5节。

Proposed rule - Amends rules to provide for more stringent engine emissions performance standards for NOx and particulate matter. Vessel owners and operators would need to meet performance standards between 2023 and 2032 according to a schedule based on vessel category and engine model year. Proposes to amend section 2299.5, title 13, division 3, chapter 5.1 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) and section 93118.5, title 17, chapter 1, subchapter 7.5, CCR.
