中国机电产品进出口商会-泰国通报汽车用具有改进成形性的热轧高强度扁钢部长级法规草案（TIS 1884-25XX（20XX））

The draft ministerial regulation mandates hot-rolled high strength flat steel with improved formability for automobile uses to conform with the standard for Hot-Rolled High Strength Flat Steel with Improved Formability for Automobile Uses (TIS 1884 - 25XX(20XX)).

The Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) is in the process of withdrawing the standard for Hot-Rolled High Strength Steel Coil Strip Plate and Sheet with Improved Formability for Automobile Structural Uses (TIS 1884 - 2542(1999)) and the standard for Hot-Rolled High Strength Flat Steel with Improved Formability for Automobile Uses (TIS 1884 - 25XX(20XX)) will be replaced.

This standard covers hot-rolled high strength flat steel with improved formability for automobile uses, both unalloyed and alloy steels, used for automobile uses, electrical equipment, construction materials, etc.

The scope excludes:

- Other hot-rolled flat steel which is regulated as a mandatory standard such as Hot Rolled Flat Steel for General Structure (TIS 1479 - 2558(2015))

- Other hot-rolled flat steel which is processed in sequential rerolling, but excluding the one followed by skin pass or temper rolling or roll forming

This standard specifies types, grades, materials, chemical composition, mechanical properties, mass and tolerances on dimensions and shape, appearance, marking and labelling, sampling and criteria for conformity, and testing.
