英国通报2021年电动汽车（智能充电点）法规

本法规是根据《2018年自动和电动汽车法》制定的。
这些法规旨在跨“私人”设置（如家庭和工作场所）在充电桩中嵌入智能功能。其次，这些法规确保智能充电桩满足最低设备级要求，以减轻智能充电带来的潜在风险，如网络安全。一旦强制执行，任何人不得在英国销售、提供或广告销售不符合要求的充电桩。

This regulation was laid under the 'Automated and Electric Vehicles Act 2018'.
These regulations aim to embed smart functionality within chargepoints across "private" settings such as homes and workplaces. Secondly these regulations ensure that smart chargepoints meet minimum device-level requirements to mitigate the potential risks posed by smart charging, such as cyber security. Once enforced, a person must not sell, offer or advertise for sale in Great Britain, a chargepoint that does not meet these requirements.
