巴西通报道路车辆设备制造的车身和车辆变压器合格评定程序的合并

国家计量、质量和技术研究所（Inmetro）于2022年3月24日发布了第153号法令，该法令整合了道路车辆和设备制造商/车身制造商和/或车辆变压器的合格评定程序。
本条例的合并目的是遵守2020年11月28日第10.139号法令。
Inmetro第153/2022号法令在收养生效之日撤销了以下法案：
-2016年1月14日第13号Inmetro法令，于2016年1月15日在巴西政府公报第44页第1节中公布，之前通过G/TBT/N/BRA/631/Add.1进行了通知。
-2016年1月14日第14号Inmetro法令，于2016年1月15日在巴西政府公报第1节第38页上公布；
-2019年3月26日第142号Inmetro法令，于2019年3月28日在巴西政府公报上公布，第44页第1节，之前通过G/TBT/N/BRA/631/Add.1通知。
-2021年5月18日的《英国地铁条例》第230号附件K，2021年5月18日在巴西官方公报第1页第157页，以前通过G/TBT/N/BLA/697/Add.2通知。

National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology - Inmetro, issued Ordinance No. 153, 24 March 2022 that consolidates conformity assessment procedures for road vehicles and equipment manufacturers/bodybuilders and/or vehicle transformers.
The aim of the consolidation of the regulation is to attend decree no. 10.139 of 28 November 2020.
Inmetro Ordinance No. 153/2022 revokes the following act on the effective date of adoption:?
- Inmetro Ordinance No. 13, 14 January 2016, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette on 15 January 2016, section 1, page 44, previously notified through G/TBT/N/BRA/631/Add.1;
- Inmetro Ordinance No. 14, of 14 January 2016, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette on 15 January 2016, section 1, page 38;?
- Inmetro Ordinance No. 142, of 26 March 2019, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette on 28 March 2019, section 1, page 44, previously notified through G/TBT/N/BRA/631/Add.1; and?
- Annex K of Inmetro Ordinance No. 230, of 18 May 2021, published in the Brazilian Official Gazette on 18 May 2021, section 1, page 157, previously notified through G/TBT/N/BRA/697/Add.2
