MCC Overseas has performed a leading role in the Iran Tehran Steel-making and Con-casting EPC Project, pulling the entire MCC Group’s wisdom for the operation of the project. The EPC Contract was signed on June 25th, 2007, including a 140-ton Electric Furnace, one 140-ton LF Furnace, VD, rectangular billet continuous casting machine and other auxiliary facilities.
The project has successfully broken the monopoly position that European companies have long enjoyed in Iran’s steel-making market. It has showed strong demonstration effect in MCC Group’s overall oversea market development, not just in Iran, but the international market as a whole.
