The Grout Car is the supporting vehicle of the locomotive, which is used for mortar transport in shield tunnel construction¡£

Grout car is mainly comprised of the body, running gear, mixing system, pumping system and electrical system etc.
(1) Body: the upper part is mortar mixing tank, in which the mixing shaft and mixing blade are installed; both ends of the body are provided with shaft-pin traction device, i.e. traction seat.
(2) Running gear: it adopts the structure of dual-axle box bearing-type running mechanism; upper part of the axle box applies the combined damper spring; the vehicle will run stably and exhaust braking is used.
(3) Mixing system: the mixing spindle adopts φ120mm thick-wall seamless steel pipe, with secured rigidity and strength. The mixing blade is divided into two parts with different directions of rotation on the mixing shaft, to facilitate the discharge of mortar. The mixing shaft on both ends of the box adopts the dual sealing of labyrinth and rotary & stationary ring mechanical seal. Rotary and stationary rings are made of wear resistant materials, with reliable sealing. The system is difficult to be damaged and the workload of maintenance & repair is low.
